Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Traaly (traaly.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has consented to your use of Traaly.

What Traaly Is

Traaly is a group trip planning app. It helps groups coordinate travel plans through shared itineraries, voting, an AI trip host (DollyBot), games, photo sharing, and a virtual currency system. Traaly is designed to make group travel planning fun and collaborative.

Accounts and Invitation Codes

Traaly is currently invitation-only. You need a valid invitation code to create an account. Invitation codes are single-use and intended for a specific person.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Don't share your invitation code with anyone it wasn't intended for.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts.

Acceptable Use

When using Traaly, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission.
• Use the app to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the app's systems or infrastructure.
• Abuse the rhinestone system or attempt to manipulate it through automated means.

AI-Generated Content

DollyBot is an AI assistant powered by Google Gemini. Content generated by DollyBot (including suggestions, jokes, personality assessments, and trip recommendations) is for entertainment and convenience only. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or up to date. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on DollyBot's suggestions.

Rhinestones (Virtual Currency)

Rhinestones are a virtual currency you can earn through games, participation, and engagement within the app. Important things to know:

• Rhinestones have no real-world monetary value.
• Rhinestones cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted to real money under any circumstances.
• Rhinestones cannot be transferred between users or to anyone outside the app.
• We may adjust rhinestone balances, earning rates, or the rhinestone system at any time.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Traaly, including photos, text, and interview responses. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the app and provide our services. This includes:

• Displaying your photos to other trip members.
• Processing your interview responses with AI to personalize your experience.
• Storing your content in our cloud infrastructure.

You are responsible for the content you upload. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. When your account is terminated, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Traaly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traaly and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please reach out first so we can try to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes that can't be resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. Your continued use of Traaly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
